Radpour Beering, the managing partner of the firm's Indianapolis
office, focuses her practice in the areas of banking law,
lending, business and real estate law.
With more than nine
years of previous experience as in-house counsel for
a national bank, Ms. Beering has extensive experience
representing financial institutions in matters involving
commercial lending, commercial real estate and general
business law. She also serves as general counsel for
clients.
Designated as an Indiana
Super Lawyer for several years, Ms. Beering provides
counsel on entity formation, governance and general
business issues to all types and sizes of companies
ranging from closely held businesses to multibillion-dollar
organizations.
Ms. Beering is a fellow
of the American College of Mortgage Attorneys, one of
three in the state of Indiana.
