Cooney’s Business Advisory Group, Mr. Holt’s
areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions,
debt and equity structure, joint ventures, shareholder
agreements, corporate contracts and strategic alliances.
In addition, he is well versed in legal matters relating
to the formation, structure, and operation of Minority
Business Enterprises (MBE).
Mr. Holt’s estate
planning practice includes the preparation of plans
for all sizes of estates, with particular experience
in drafting complex plans using multiple trusts and
entities as needed to accomplish a client’s personal,
business and tax goals.
