Practice Group, Kwangwook (Paul) Lee focuses his practice
in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors' rights and corporate
law.
Mr. Lee devotes his
practice to assisting Asian corporations operating in
the United States and U.S. corporations with business
interests in Asia, specifically companies in the automotive
and financial industries. He represents these clients
in various types of business transactions, negotiations
and litigation.
Mr. Lee's experience
as an equity market strategist at a Korean securities
firm and as a summer intern in the securities and finance
department of a leading Asian law firm allows him to
offer a unique perspective when advising clients on
international financial transactions.
Prior to joining the
firm, Mr. Lee worked as a summer associate in an Alabama-based
law firm. While there, he gained experience in the Korean
automotive industries in the U.S. market, including
conducting employment law seminars for managers of tier-one
Korean auto suppliers and assisting Korean suppliers
in major automotive bankruptcies.
