A senior attorney in Plunkett Cooney's Indianapolis office, Pamela A. Paige focuses her practice in the areas of general litigation, trucking and transportation liability and product liability.

For over 20 years, Ms. Paige has represented national and regional clients either directly or through their insurance providers in state and federal litigation in three states and in Washington, D.C. Her clients include product manufacturers, insurance providers and motor carriers, among many others.

Ms. Paige has particular expertise in defending general liability cases involving slip, trip and falls, as well as property damage and personal injury claims arising from motor vehicle and trucking accidents. Her product liability practice includes particular expertise with manufacturing tools, automotive components, recreational vehicles and mass produced food. In addition, she represents clients in insurance coverage disputes and title insurance matters.

Ms. Paige is a member of several professional organizations, including the International Association of Defense Counsel and Transportation Lawyers Association. Ms. Paige has spoken at various seminars and has participated in the Indiana Bar program focusing on legal education for students in local school districts.
